Summary
Patrick can't help but picture the three of them a year from now: Art and Tashi at Stanford, becoming star college athletes, and Patrick, a budding professional, winning Challengers halfway across the world.
It was hard enough to find out that Art was going off to college. He’s already anxious about being on the road without him, about Art making new friends, and about living life separately after years of being in each other’s pocket. He isn’t sure if he knows how to live without him. Knowing Tashi Duncan is going to the same school makes it even worse.

That was so so so good. I cannot believe how good that was. One of the best queer coming of age stories I’ve read on this website.
I loved Zhenya’s journey of self-discovery, how he lived with so much uncertainty but was so brave and in the end everything clicks into place. Ends on a bittersweet note.

Summary
When Harry finds an injured Snape on his doorstep and must hide him from the Dursleys, he has no idea that this very, very bad day will be the start of something good.
Harry and Snape are thrown together by annoying relatives, a series of strange dreams, and Voldemort's latest hunt for Harry, but their greatest challenge may well be surviving each other. This will be a long summer unless the two can find a way to work together. A slow-burn enemy-to-mentor story.
Alternate 6th summer (and part of the school year): post-OotP; ignores HBP and DH. No slash, no romance. NOW COMPLETE!

Tomarry. Locket Horcrux + Voldemort.
This is an impeccably crafted story. ObsidianPen is 100% one of the best writers in the fandom, and no one can fight me on this. The writing is so vivid it plays out like a movie. The characters are written so well, and so true to their canon characterizations. Draco was especially wonderful in this. There's no Draco/Harry but the friendship they develop is so realistic and wonderful.
The ending hit me really hard. ObsidianPen doesn't write traditional happy endings, especially if you don't count their alternative endings. They write stories that are emotionally hard hitting and sit with you for a long time.
Some of my favourite bits: the whole opening sequence of Snape in the arctic and then at Grimmauld Place; the kids singing Queen at Grimmauld Place to a very disgruntled potions master; the Clarice-Hannibal-esque dream sequences between Harry and Voldemort; the battle at Hogwarts and Harry's very dramatic 'I am the chosen one' moment; literally every conversation between Dumbledore and Voldemort, and that insane moment at Grimmauld place between Snape, Draco, Harry and Voldemort ft. Lily's ghost/love? holy shit that was crazy. .
