"I don't mind you not listening to me, truly. It doesn't bother me because I know you just want my attention." Caleb speaks calmly, as if his palm isn't wrecking your ass. You go lax against him, sobbing into his side. It because of the pain, but because he angers you. He draws you in so tight, but with that suit on, he's a different man.
You hate that Colonel's outfit. The hat, the medals on his chest, the tie on his neck— That isn't your Caleb. You claw at him, shaking your head.
"And sometimes," He halts, manhandling you into a better position. "Sometimes you just want this. You want me to be mean. I don't mind that either. But when you don't listen, you just keep ignoring me until I have to press you like this." This slap is particularly hard. Caleb doesn't retract his hand, keeping the pain pulsing between your skin and his palm.
"Until I have to have you bent over my lap and spanked like a child."
or: when you set off a code red at the farspace fleet, caleb catches you stealing documents from his office. in an angry spur, you slap him, but soon realize your mistake. caleb, however, knows that if he doesn't correct your misbehavior, it may spiral into something worse.
