Summary
Medical student Jayce Talis makes a huge mistake that gets him kicked out of his residency program. The very night he wants to end it all, he stumbles across a mysterious website: thecommune.group. It's an experimental self help program led by the alluring Dr. Viktor Mrkos that promises to improve the lives of any man, no matter how reprehensible.
With nothing left to lose, Jayce signs up for a six month stay on the Commune's remote island rehab center.

Jayce needs to end the conversation. He needs to, at the very fucking least, steer it someplace less inappropriate. What he doesn’t need to do is lock his gaze on the boy’s tensing thighs—Jesus, on his teenage son’s tensing thighs—and find himself suddenly fighting the urge to explain his anatomy to him in excrutiating detail.
