But John didn’t know that, did he? And he kept pretending like they were. Like they were a couple. Like it was allowed. And it was messing with Paul’s head.

John made a sarcastic wish to switch bodies with one of his teenage fans. Unfortunately, his wish came true, and feels more like a nightmare. In which John Lennon switches bodies with a teen fan, doesn't enjoy it, and has a lot of complicated feelings about Paul and his life.
(This story ended up being more about John and Paul's dynamic than a body swap story. Kinda angsty. Complete.)
