"Don’t." Jude gasped, already scrambling out of the booth. His legs nearly buckled, the world tilting with need. "Headache. Tired. I’m—I’m going. Don’t follow."

He fled before Erling could respond, shouldering through the crowd, hot and dizzy and terrified.

Every step sent a jolt of emptiness through him, his hole clenching around nothing, slick soaking his boxers. The omega inside him was screaming, crying, begging to turn around and crawl into the alpha’s lap. Jude bit his lip until he tasted copper and kept moving.

Erling watched him go, heart pounding a war drum against his ribs. Every instinct he had demanded he chase— the omega was in distress, his omega, entering heat in a dangerous place.

But Jude had said don’t follow.

    Summary

Jobe sends Erling two photos and one very concerning text.

By the end of the night, Jude has declared that he hates football, danced on top of a club table to ABBA, confessed far more than he meant to, and asked Erling for something he isn’t willing to take.

Some things are worth waiting until morning.

    Summary

The thing about Neteyam, was that he just couldn't seem to sit still. If he was not 'babysitting', he would be busying himself with whatever was asked of him by his parents. If that was not an option, then he would find things to busy himself with.

On rare occasions, he would go to the village, and talk to the metkayinas.

Not necessarily talk. Most of the metkayinas were all still weary of the Sullys to properly talk and befriend them. Sometimes, they would misspoke, and it was in these moments when Aonung would get to appreciate the omatikayan's 'expressiveness'.

Whenever anyone misspoke, the corners of Neteyam's eyes would twitch very subtly.

The omatikayan's tail would flick once, his ears would twitch, and the effort he kept on trying to maintain 'friendliness' would falter.

The sight of the firstborn barely holding onto his threads was always such an amusing sight to Aonung's eyes.

or how Aonung got a nasty habit of staring and picking apart every minute change in Neteyam's expressions. ('to be loved is to be seen' - or so they all said. It's no wonder Aonung fell hard.)

"You always deny my touch forest boy!" Ao'nung protested, the smile on his face turning into his usual smirk. His arms reached for his companion again, he loved teasing his best friend, probably more than anything.

"I need to tell you something."

Both his arms dropped to his sides limply as Neteyam pulled away from him once again. Ao'nung could feel a dread coming down on him.

    Or

Neteyam finally had the courage build up to spill his secret to the only person who needed to know.

    Summary

    Hawks was on a mission.
Not the one handed down to him by the Commission; this one was personal. He had carefully considered it, turned it over in his mind from every possible angle while weighing the pros and the cons, the risks and the consequences. Ultimately, he had decided that this was what he wanted.
And what Hawks wanted, he usually found a way to get.
His mission was simple: he had to convince Dabi to bond with him.
..Except, nothing he did seemed to work.

Or, 6+ ways Hawks tried to lure Dabi into bonding with him, and the one that actually worked.
