Karlach is fresh out of the Hells, ready to make a good name for herself and, of course, never go back and put the whole Blood War behind her.
Except also infected is Wyll, a gnoll, and gnolls are halfway to demons. Karlach doesn't trust Wyll, especially as Wyll has the party convinced he's a tabaxi instead. The solution is to watch him and wait for him to slip up and reveal he's a monster. Watch him real close.
