phainon is the twin brother of the king who is sent away to die at sea. mydeimos is the siren who saved him, who sings to lure his victims and kisses them like death's final embrace. this is a story of what it means to love the sea in all of its beauty, and all of its terror.

She doesn't post about herself often, but there are a couple selfies here and there that helped Mydei get an idea of what she looks like. Short white hair and blue eyes, muscular from working the field unlike hers that she shaped from careful diet and rigorous gym routine. She's cute in a homely way, which is a fresh sight from the hyper-elevated aesthetics that Mydei is used to seeing.
She taps on the comment with the intention to have it be the only one she wants to see, only to be met with 'This comment is no longer available'.

He feels heat rising in his chest, but there's no way he'll respond to it. Admitting his jealousy won't be productive at all. As much as Wriothesley hates the idea of Neuvillette seeing another man, it wouldn't do him any good to demand for more than what he's given. He isn't entitled to anything, so he has to be satisfied with what he gets. It's all that he can afford to have.
Neuvillette shakes his head. Wriothesley chooses not to comment when the other man casts his gaze down. “I don't have anyone like that.”
wriothesley had depended on himself long enough to know there's no such thing as a free lunch. he doesn't think it would be any different when an inspector comes to his casino to check, but he's about to receive the worst kind of surprise: meeting someone who cares about him.

Five years Mydeimos spent in the dark with the strange relief that he never found anywhere else, that he continued to chase after but could never feel quite the same with anyone else. Under the dim lights of a hospital room, Mydeimos emerged with a new name, one granted to him by the voice who pulls him out of deep slumber and raised within him a single question: Who are you?
in which mydei is the runaway heir to the castrum kremnos mafia who is looking for his exiled exes and phainon is the jazz singer who drives him around and believes he's mydei's guardian angel... for some godforsaken reason.

Mydei has no greater equal, no other rival who can manage to make him yield occasionally – like today. He was confident that he’d win their spar today with both of them only wielding spears, but he thought wrong.
He was too cocky, he will admit. He was foolish to believe that Phainon could ever become anything approaching predictable in combat, but it’s an undeniable fact that he lost and now he waits to pay the price—which just so happens to be in the form of a fuck.
