By the time Seokjin actually inherits the place, he’s genuinely forgotten all about it. One minute he and Yoongi are hunched over a pile of bills, trading increasingly outlandish ideas for how they can scrape together the money to keep renting the tiny room that functions as the office for Kim-Min’s ethical and independent demon-slaying services (Seokjin argues for roping in Namjoon for a Huntrix cosplay; how this will lead them to profit is unclear to Yoongi, but he is willing to hear him out). The next, Seokjin is the bamboozled new owner of a magic shop.

Lunchtime prep has always been simple. Service is from eleven to two-thirty, and they’re only really serving soups and stews, mostly to cater to the elderly population nearby.
“I’m going to smoke,” Yoongi says gruffly. He pulls off his apron and drops it in front of his station. “Seokjin-hyung’s in charge.”
He doesn’t wait for a response, just stalks off to his locker to grab his pack of cigarettes. Distantly, he hears some chatter, some laughter, and a bout of quiet complaining from Hoseok, “He doesn’t always need to tell us that he left you in charge.”
“Well,” Yoongi hears Seokjin reply. “He does that because Yoongi has a cru—”
Yoongi shuts the door behind him.

He looks through the peephole.
He blinks.
He looks again.
There is a man on his porch. Which, fine, he expected a man. What he did not expect is for the man to be — and Eddie needs a second here, because he’s processing several things simultaneously and doing a poor job with all of them — approximately six foot two, broad-shouldered, narrow-waisted, visibly muscular in a way that suggests either a dedicated gym routine or a genetic lottery win or both, and completely, entirely, spectacularly naked.
Except for the potted succulent he's holding in front of his crotch.
