“They'd never let me touch that stuff,” he went on to explain, motioning at Enjin's cigarette (or what was left of it). “Back home, I mean.”
Tamsy is Sphere royalty. Carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders, he never experienced true freedom.
Enjin says he's just a humble cleaner, but when it comes to Tamsy, he's much more than that.

Tomme felt her heart drop seeing the page Tamsy had opened. She was guilty for those for sure―she hoped he wouldn't report her to Corvus of all people, or better yet no one. She let out a shaky breath while giving a wide eyed stare up at Tamsy as if he was the scum of the world. "Give it back, you have no right―" she snapped reaching forward to try and snatch it from him, all for him just to chuckle moving his arm further up out of her reach.
"I have no right?" He barked out trying to hide his laughter while using his free hand to cover his mouth eyes curling up with amusement to Tomme's shame. "If I read this journal correctly, it's all of me. So, don't I have the right to read this?" He retorted back smoothly, always good with words he was... Tomme wrote that down as well―God she wished she hadn't now.

“I’m starting to think,” Tamsy murmured softly, voice low, lips grazing hers again, “that you’re more curious about me than you think.”
Tomme’s breath came uneven, shallow in her chest as the weight of his words settled into her skin. “What are you implying?”
“Mm,” He replied, clearly unconcerned, as his mouth drifted away from hers, not retreating so much as exploring—his lips skimming along her jaw, tracing the line down to her neck. Tamsy lingered there just long enough for her pulse to betray her, thudding fast and exposed beneath his lips before he pulled back again, deliberate in his restraint. “Maybe it has to do with the way you’re always watching me around the cleaners, whenever you think I’m not looking.”
Or, Tomme's suspicion of Tamsy grows into something reaching uncharted territory. Tamsy, who has taken his own interest in her, seizes this chance and opportunity.

It looks strangely familiar is what Arkha doesn't say. This is the first time he has seen Tamsy with his hair down, yet it doesn't feel like it.
It wasn't until Tamsy tucked his hair behind his ear and combed through the dark navy strands with his fingers, that Arkha remembers where he's seen (more accurately, imagined) the sight in front of him. The realization worsens his headache.
Oh god, I dreamt about him in lingerie.

Summary
That's right! Enjin was very proud of his heterosexuality and love for the female gender. Maybe his room in the Cleaners' quarters wasn't the biggest, or maybe his salary didn't allow him to buy all the cigarettes he wanted, but being able to go out with Bro and Gris for a drink from time to time and have some fun with a lady on the side made him more than happy.
There was only one thing that made him rethink all of the above, something that mercilessly shattered his thoughts one by one. A small detail that caused Enjin to wonder in the middle of the night if it was really just women that made him lose his mind.
The funniest thing of all was that the cause of all this confusion was named Tamsy Caines, also known as his coworker.

Or Tamsy is too pretty in Enjin's eyes.

Enjin didn’t know when he began to fall. He knew he shouldn’t. That Tamsy was a saccharine thing that might destroy him. Yet when he sees the man injured and trapped away from the both of their teams maybe they can finally confront the fears in both of their hearts. Maybe it’s only after that Enjin can admit to himself he’d let it destroy him.
