Lukas doesnt hate himself. He's totally fine with himself! He just... doesnt like to look down in the shower. Or in the mirror for too long. Or swimming near people. Or his hair growing out just a little too fast, or the fact his jeans rest neatly on his hips without a belt, or the way his voice doesnt sound quite right, or...
But he can handle himself just fine. That's what he's saying, anyhow. Some part of him believes he has to—but he didnt suddenly rush home in the middle of a hang-out just to brood. He had something "totally important to do that he totally forgot about."
Nice one, Lukas. Definitely believable.
He tried to focus more on getting home than the stain he'd have to get out later.( Post-season 1, pre-season 2 )

He takes in a heavy breath and pretends these cheap sunglasses hide his dark circles as they wheel the poor kid in.
"Hey," Gojo rasps. "Miss me?"
Megumi's eyes go wide in horror. His jaw hangs slightly agape. He's breathing too fast. He doesn't say a word.
“Fushiguro?” Yuji's hand hovers over his shoulder. Megumi smacks it away harshly.
He trembles as he gets to his feet, then trips unceremoniously toward the foot of Gojo's hospital bed. Satoru instinctively reaches out to catch him, but he's too slow in his sewn-up state, and Yuta gets there first.
There's tears running down the kid's face. Guilt is a weighty boulder between the two of them.
Megumi claps his shaking hand over his mouth, but he can’t contain an emotional dry heave. Yuta escorts him to the trashcan so he can sob and vomit freely in terror.
Gojo sits there stupidly, unable to do anything else.

Summary
Yuta breathes heavily as nausea swirls in the depths of his abdomen. The sound of his heart pounding beats his eardrums violently. His skull aches like there’s an iron band around it. Panic is rising rapidly, further accentuated by the lines of searing discomfort in the fleshiest part of his upper forearm that sloppily taped gauze can’t suppress.
There’s a muffled “...ustard leaf…” behind him. He swallows thickly. He can’t imagine the shuddering gasps that emerge every time his chest tenses are any less annoying for those around to hear. He shouldn’t expect to go unnoticed.
The tap on his upper back makes something in him jolt, but the sickening weight of tingling feet melding into the floor as if it were Theraputty makes him doubt his body is capable of translating it to a visible response. Yuta presses the bases of his palms against his eye sockets to counter the pressure building around his lachrymals again. Teary snot occludes his nose, so he forces a sharp inhale between his teeth. He doesn’t lift his head so much as tilts it vaguely to the left, barely unveiling one bloodshot eye.

Sukuna’s no fool, he knows what fighting with others is, and what exposure to trauma can do to you. He would’ve been more surprised if Yuuji didn’t change much after what he’s been through ever since he consumed Sukuna’s finger. There were dark thoughts, of course. Everyone had an unpleasant thought once in a while, but maybe not as daily as Yuuji.
Or;
Yuuji has intrusive thoughts, Sukuna is getting tired of it.
