Summary
After 1,500 years waiting for Arthur's return, Merlin finally gets him back. However, the weight of a life defined by waiting, drowning in loneliness and protecting Arthur at the cost of losing himself has left him angry, exhausted and deeply depressed. Combined with an ancient prophecy Arthur now knows the truth about and a new threat rising on the horizon, everything they have fought for is at risk of falling apart.
Can they face this new danger while struggling to understand what they truly mean to one another?

The cook took one final look at the pictures, cock twitching looking at himself like this. He looked good, and confident. Zoro loved when he was confident- it meant that he could fight to put the blonde in his place, a thrill they both enjoyed thoroughly. Sanji tapped out a text message, deleted it, debated sending the photos without context, before settling on a quick “miss u” to attach to the 3 pictures. He triple checked to make sure he wasn’t accidentally sending the message to his father, then pressed send.
Sanji then promptly threw his phone face down a few feet away from him and followed it with a quick scream into his pillow.
