what’s so awesome about this fic is that it does not shy away from depicting bing’er (got-thrown-into-abyss bingge) and his difficulty in adjusting. though he’s certainly adjusting you can’t reverse the overwhelming damage that is being abused for upwards of 6 (?) years then thrown into literal hell with the Shit That Kills You, Bad Style. this fic gets really descriptive in this fact, and it’s genuinely inspiring!! offtopic but also this fic is making me believe in bing’er/binghe and i don’t think i’ve like ever considered this fact. i don’t mean this in a negative way it’s really just like the neutral curiosity of hearing, “fries in icecream is good” for the first time.
chapter 11 in PARTICULAR is really good just on a descriptive basis and a sqq shenanigan basis. bing’er and binghe get lots of romantic tension and then it’s immediately relieved by shen qingqiu in the next scene scrolling past HRT, 5 different kinds of viagra, and condoms. what a beautiful world the fic author has crafted
