This was a well known fact throughout Stark Industries employees. There were probably more complaints made by business partners about Tony not showing up to meetings than there were fish in the sea
And this meeting was the most boring thing Tony had ever had to sit through in his life.

Katsuki sighs. “One to ten?”
Izuku blinks at him, slow and sleepy and really not there. Katsuki counts in his mind, waiting for a reply.
“Eight?” Izuku says, the words slurring. “Comes after seven, right?”
Katsuki snorts. The nerd is fucking out of it. “Migraine?”
“Mmph,” Izuku replies, his eyes shutting. He breathes deeply, and Katsuki holds onto that. Despite all of the—all of the things that have happened to them, and the constant pain that always bites at Izuku’s heels—there’s the scratch of Izuku’s curls under his palm, the heat from Izuku’s body next to him, and the breaths telegraphed so clearly, even to Katsuki’s drifting focus.
Izuku is here. Katsuki is here. All is well.
Or...If all Izuku asks for is comfort, who is Katsuki to deny it?

Summary
Harsh pellets of unforgiving rain further coax Izuku into submission, massaging any remaining fight out of his battered body. Cloudy droplets fall from the tips of his unkempt hair, his scratched nose, his muddy and ruined costume. They collect in a puddle beneath the rivals, visible evidence of the last month—the last several months, really—rinsing away and allowing Izuku a morsel of relief. With an audible exhale that leans too close to a whimper, he finally succumbs, and Katsuki is left to fully support him.

Kacchan hummed as he lightly scratched at Izuku’s scalp and massaged the soap through.
Izuku braced himself against the wall. “Why are you doing this?” He sounded wounded—he felt wounded.
“Doing what?”
“Torturing me,” he croaked, resting his forehead against the cool shower tile and silently begging for his torment to end.
Kacchan was giving him glimpses of what he’d never have: careful touches, falling asleep in loving arms, being loved unconditionally, being seen for who he truly was, and being loved for who he was. And it was killing him.

Or, shortly after being discharged from the hospital, Izuku wakes Katsuki up with a bad migraine. Katsuki plays nurse as best he can with one functioning arm and a weak heart. As the days pass and Izuku fails to get better, Katsuki suspects there’s a deeper meaning behind his worsening condition.
