Summary
Ever since she was a child, Clorinde believed that apologies were not for the sake of the one giving it, but the sake of the one receiving it. One should not apologize solely for the sake of being forgiven. Instead, one should apologize as an acknowledgment of one's own mistakes, of the hurt they have caused, and a promise to do better, to change, to strive to never do it again.
That is why she refuses to apologize for taking Callas' life. She could not change the fact that she had killed him, an innocent man, nor could she change the fact that she might someday strike down another desperate fool who, despite their own innocence, stepped into the Duelists' Ring to be judged by the sword.

Summary
As Ganyu grows older, her memories begin to fade, the names and faces of the people she loved disappearing beneath the sand.
However, the stars remember. In Teyvat, each constellation represents a person, and the gentle light from those stars stir long-forgotten feelings within Ganyu's heart, reminding her that she is not alone. She grieves the loss of each friend, but she does not allow it to consume her, aware that the stars will keep their promises alive forever.
One day, Ganyu knows that Keqing's stars will do the same.Bookmarked by empty1

Summary
Arlecchino wakes up in a world where she isn't a Harbinger, where she didn't lose Clervie, where everything seems to have gone right. Despite how sweet and idyllic everything seems, Arlecchino knows that this isn't reality, that she has to get back to her world, her problems and her children, but with each peaceful day, she finds her resolve to return home slipping away.
"“I-I can walk on my own…”
“But I want to carry you.”
There is a raw edge to that admission, a broken, honest, desperate emotion that she didn’t intend to express. Even though this is but a dream, she still wants to replace the memory of the last time she held Clervie in her arms, her body limp and lifeless as she carried her out of the dueling ring. It is foolish, illogical, overly emotional, but when it comes to Clervie, Arlecchino knows that she cannot resist."Bookmarked by empty1

Summary
She traces the prominent ridge of her collarbones, avoiding the flat chest below as she tortures herself with her own reflection.
"Fag."
That's what he thinks of her.
It's not a surprise, by any means whatsoever, but it is... It is...
It's a cold shoulder, muttered remarks, a refusal to look her in the eye, and the disgust the overwhelms his expression when he sees the pansy shell she's trapped in.
He hates her.
Well, at the very least, he hates him.
But there's no way in hell someone like him could ever smile at someone like her... He doesn't even know her.
