Summary
**This fic runs from after the stabbing in Some Days are for Dying up through when Dethklok finds out they've sold a hundred thousand records. I'm still working on the real summary, but here's a little sample for the meantime! As always, there will be chapter by chapter CWs.**
Pickles reaches it, and the knob is hot in his hand like there might be a fire on the other side. He pushes it down and pulls it open; and there’s-- it’s bright, sunshine. There is an old, long dock ahead of him, and the humid of Wisconsin summer, seventy-degrees and too hot. Cat tails sway in the familiar breeze. Pickles walks up, and there is another blackened mass on the edge of the dock where he himself had sat, over a decade prior. Beneath it there are bare pale shoulders, just barely showing through in the transparent... goo.
It turns around to face him, pale chin over pale shoulder, the liquid dripping down its face in heavy droplets.
Pickles feels like he should say something, anything, he’s-- Pickles walks up the dock, and it does not move further, following him with its eyes. He squats down on the dock in front of it, and as the liquid drips away, the sad child is revealed.
