"Okay," Dave says. Some quick math tells him that that's around four months' worth of recordings. "And do you have a similar amount for Dr. Poole?" Maybe this is just what Hal does. Maybe he records everybody all the time.
"I have 1,090 hours of recordings of Frank Poole," Hal says.
"If you subtract the footage where Frank and I are together, how many hours do you have of Frank?"
"Ten hours," Hal says.
