Capaneus, son of Niobe, the woman who bragged and faced the consequences by watching all of her children be slaughtered by the twins, Artemis and Apollo in a rage of fury. Capeneus is wanting his revenge. Thalia and Reyna have to stop whatever is being planned, accompanied by Nikita, the final member of the quest trio.

He was willing to chip at it, at his father’s carefully constructed cage, bit by bit. He could make it clear that his body was not his; and what with everybody so keen to take control of it, he could make sure they know that everybody—anybody was welcome to do with it what they will.
(He didn’t hate his father as much as he hated himself anymore.)
It was a small rebellion, more or less invisible, but he could see it. And Neil Perry just wasn’t brave enough to rebel in bolder colours anymore.
After a failed suicide attempt, Neil is desperately trying to hang on to who he was before, but that person is slipping through his fingers. He’s not sure whether he ever existed at all.
