Summary
Shadow's peaceful afternoon is completely disrupted when Sonic comes knocking on his door. And he's brought a gift! It's none other than Shadow's greatest foe, Mephiles, tied up like a present just for him.
Sonic expects Shadow to beat up Mephiles as payback for everything. Mephiles expects Shadow to beat him up as payback for everything.
So when Shadow turns to Mephiles with lust-fuelled curiosity instead of anger, everything is once again thrown into disarray.

Summary
An alternate take on Sonic 06’s story, with several minor tweaks and a single major change: Blaze is completely removed. Silver is as isolated as ever in the future. So when Mephiles swings by to rope Silver into his great scheme… he’s oblivious to the sinister air his new “friend” carries with him. All Silver cares about is that he now has someone to talk to and touch. But all Mephiles cares about is… Well, he’s not sure anymore. The overwhelming affection from an equally broken person has steered his one-track mind right off course.
What does Mephiles want? What does Silver want? And when everything comes crashing down around them, do they even have a chance at fulfilling their desires… whatever they may be?

The endless noise in his head keeps him perfectly blind to his actions. But… what happens when someone challenges him? After a particularly miserable day in his “normal” life, Mephiles returns to his apartment in a much gloomier state than usual. At least his dear Iblis is waiting in bed for him to cheer him up!
Well… the handmade stuffed replica of Iblis, that is. Mephiles lets himself get carried away with it.
Anything to bring some pleasure into his horribly lonely life.

Summary
The Scepter of Darkness becomes increasingly tighter every time Mephiles finds himself back in it. After being sealed away for a third time, the confines are now squeezing him. The darkness is alive, and it's taken the form of wispy tendrils. Curious tendrils, who are eager to explore all their captive's body can offer.
In other words, the Scepter of Darkness is very sentient and very freaky.
