Summary
After his father's death, Kenny and the rest of his family move in with his older brother who struck it rich in a place called Lawndale. When they arrive, he quickly learns his new living situation comes with a lot of asterisks. He's forced to try to get through day by day as a weed dealer, hoping he's able to find a balance between this new chance at school life and the darker parts of his days. As pretty as everything seems on the surface, he can't help but be attracted to the things he's used to. They're people like him everywhere, for better or worse.
