Summary
Izuku's quirk is simple, it tells him exactly what he needs to do.
It tells him to grab an umbrella and that afternoon it rains unexpectedly. It tells him to bring cash and it turns out the card reader is out of order.
His quirk tells him to rob a bank.
Well, why not?

Summary
When he wakes up in a clean bed in what he later will learn is a sanatorium, he finds a pair of flintlocks and a rose quartz rosary lying on the night stand next to him, meaning they're probably his.
Not that he has the slightest idea where he is, or how he got here in first place.
As he tries to gather himself, a group of people wearing unfamiliar faces enters the room. They crowd around his bed and ask questions, but when he has no answers it is them who tell him that he was lost to them for nigh half a year, dead and buried, mourned, and now brought back to life by a miracle of the Light.
They tell him this place is called the Hamlet, and that his own name is Dismas.

“So you’re saying that you could lay me flat, then?” Gladio challenges, maybe a little mean. But Prompto’s talking a lot, and Gladio has yet to see anything on this entire trip that backs up the kid’s words. Prompto huffs.
“Now you’ve went and done it,” Noctis mutters, somehow sounding sleepy and delighted all at the same time.
“When you swing your sword overhead,” Gladio’s never heard such a deadpan tone out of Prompto before, “you arch your back a little to get the right leverage, you keep your elbows in close just in case you have to guard your torso at the last second, and you step forward with your right foot.

Kaminari walks up to Todoroki in the hallway after class and says, “Dude, I need your help.”
Todoroki checks over his shoulder, twice, to verify that Kaminari is indeed talking to him. “Why?”
“Yesterday you asked Shinsou-kun if he was Aizawa-sensei’s son,” Kaminari says, as though that explains anything at all.
“...yes?”
“Make a hero conspiracy YouTube channel with me.”

“I’m hardly a god,” said Zagreus. He turned his cup before taking a drink. “Let alone the god of anything. I bleed like a mortal. I can’t bestow blessings like my relatives can, I have no cult. I’m just the son of the god of the dead. The prince. That’s all.”

Summary
“I hear you killed a child.”
Patroclus looked up, wary. The boy crossing the garden to the olive tree Patroclus sat beneath had hair the colour of ripened wheat and skin like pale, fine sand. Younger than Patroclus but already just as tall, Achilles was rumoured to be half Nereid, half human. He looked altogether human, though, which had been a bit of a disappointment. Patroclus had been expecting at least scales or blue hair. Something.
“I did,” Patroclus said, keeping his tone even. It wouldn’t do to break down before a stranger. Myrmidons weren’t meant to be ruled intensely by emotions like regret. “Lyseon was a childhood friend, the son of a retainer.”

Summary
He's late, he realizes.
There's a lot of blood here, he realizes a moment later. Not the blackened stains of shades temporarily banished, but the dark-red and glistening of mortal blood, spattered in desperate arcs across the grass, staining the water where the River Lethe pools. Across the chamber, it shifts to a trail of blood, the imprint of bare footprints burned into the darkening liquid.
There. There, slumped with his back against a green-glowing infernal trove, an ethereal sword buried in his chest, a pool of blood slowly spreading beneath him—Zagreus, Prince of the Underworld, his warmth and light so faded that Thanatos didn't even realize he was still in the chamber.

Zagreus sees a tiny flower in his mother's garden and thinks it is the perfect present for Death incarnate.
Meanwhile, Thanatos - the aforementioned Death incarnate - just so happens to be a clumsy mess with a crush.
...
"Fine. What is it you ransacked from your father's domain this time?"
Zagreus lit up even more, if such a thing was possible.
"Actually, to keep things fair, I've ransacked my mother's domain this time."

Summary
Five perspectives on Thanatos and Zagreus as they fall, and in the aftermath.
“He's not leaving,” Thanatos bites back. “There's nowhere to go.”
Ah, the words of a god. To Achilles’ once-mortal eyes, there are cracks and open windows and doors with just the right key and escape routes aplenty from the House. “So you'd think. I guess wherever he goes, you'll be seeing him either way.”
Thanatos turns to him and it's as if this had never occurred to him. “What do you mean?”
“Didn't you tell him? It's a hard world out there. I’m sure he'll find out, and I don't know anything that can bleed that doesn't wash up here eventually.”
