Summary
“As long as I wipe that grin off Alastor’s face, I don’t care what happens.”
Alastor stared death in the face. As long as you never get the satisfaction of seeing me break, I don’t care what happens, he thought.
But he felt raw and broken.
It was poetic that, in the end, the two rivals had succeeded in dragging each other to the brink of insanity.
If only Alastor could find the humor in that. If only he could feel anything at all.
Or, Alastor’s plan wasn’t meant to be pleasant. Unfortunately, he had misunderstood Vox’s intentions all those years ago and was thoroughly unprepared to deal with the direction his imprisonment took him. A week of mind games, torture, and one-sided desire was enough to bring the Radio Demon to his knees.Bookmarked by SweetLoveLife

Summary
“It’s quite the opposite, actually. I’ve come to help you,” Alastor said, as if it wasn’t the most ridiculous thing Vox had ever heard.
“How stupid do you think I am?”
“Exceedingly so,” Alastor smirked and Vox scowled. He’d walked right into that one.
Alastor held up his hands in a sassy, little shrug. “But as I told you earlier, you helped me break a chain that’s been a thorn in my side for a very long time. So I believe I owe you more than a simple thank you. Look, I even brought you a gift.”

Vox is forced to deal with the consequences of his failed takeover of Heaven in the worst way he can imagine. Being left alone with his own thoughts. Thankfully, his arch rival and old crush Alastor shows up to distract him.

In death, Vox reunites with his old mentor and is determined that things will be different this time around. It’s a fresh start, and Alastor doesn’t even have to know who he is. So, it’s not like history could possibly repeat itself - right?

Summary
Alastor wanted to laugh, though not for the same reason Vox seemed to be doing so. Gosh, the Vox Alastor had known would never be so rash. The Vox Alastor had known had been a jumbling, stuttering mess— a fool who twiddled with his thumbs and blushed at the slightest bit of acknowledgement.
He wondered how much of that hadn’t changed. Vox was still a mess. Always had been and that was something no amount of time could ever change.
And while the scenery disturbed him to his core, Alastor couldn’t help but feel a heat settle in his heart and between his legs.

Summary
When the other Vees don't show up to stop Vox, Alastor is forced to, once again, save the day himself. He offers to make Vox a deal. One martini in exchange for saving the world.
Of course, every deal made in Hell has much more to it than what the words alone say. Their personal history with the cocktail goes back to the 1960's, a brand new sinner named Vincent getting the lay of Hell, a wide-smiling patron of the arts, and an utter refusal to ever define a relationship.
It's a love story, if you squint.
