Summary
Gil has been ranked last in his pack for years. He’s a submissive wolf with no friends or family, and the Alpha’s son loves nothing more than torturing him for entertainment. But despite how much Gil’s learned to take it, when he’s ordered to take his clothes off, he panics. Before he knows it, he’s sprinting out the door and blindly into the wilderness.
After being confined to his pack’s camp for years, he has no idea he’s running into enemy territory. Immediately captured and fearing for his life, he still pleads not to be sent back. He’s given a chance, but the price is steep; he has to convince one of these dominant wolves to “take him home”.
When the unfriendly man who captured him offers to do just that, Gil can only hope there’s more than a big bad wolf under that prickly surface. Now he has to prove he’s worth keeping in one piece, which starts by figuring out what this dominant wants from him.

All is described in the summary! Right amounts of tense and restful, just how I like it. Can nitpick at short chapters, but that is just a matter of preference. A very classic romance if I look at it from that angle.

Summary
Jaime is captured by wolf-shifters after spending seven years as the unwilling mage assistant to a group of werewolf hunters. And just to sweeten the deal, they don't speak the same language. Cue Jaime's traumatized behavior and actually decent personality making them like him grudgingly. Trust is built, until things reach a breaking point.

Mind the archive warnings and the warnings in notes before chapters. Can be heavy, you can technically skip some scenes as they are just flashbacks.
That being said, a very interesting and emotional read that will make you suffer for a while. Still ongoing. -

I like the inner monologue of Lycaon here. Not to mention, characters are written very much like their canon versions, so author did a great job.

Summary
