Summary
Dream looks so peaceful, sitting there. Ink hasn't known his teammate for long, but every time they see him they can't help thinking he seems so cool.
He's always so calm, like nothing could ever faze him. Ink hasn't seen him appear bothered by anything yet.
Which is why, in the moment, it seems funny to sneak up on him. Ink can't imagine any way for it to go wrong.

(Ink attempts to jumpscare Dream and gets punched because Dream did, in fact, get scared. They both feel awful about it.)

Summary
Ink was the protector, the one that would stop others from harming the Aus he loves so much. But when he is faced with the fact of being a parent, he finds he has a new goal: Protecting what is now his.
He learns, with much struggle, to care for his new child. And while he may not be perfect, he is going to try his absolute best. Especially when more unexpected additions keep popping up.
