Summary
Izuku Midoriya is dying and a healing quirk wont get to him fast enough and he knows it. Katsuki finds him close to death and tries to reassure Izuku and himself that he will live. Underneath they both know it isn't true. Izuku wants to give as much of himself to Katsuki as he can, and he can't let One for All die yet, so he does the only thing he can think of.

Summary
Katsuki didn't want to believe that it was all his fault, but deep down he knew. Everything between him and Deku was his fault. Sitting on the ground sobbing probably wasn't the best solution to the problem but it was a start. Now he just needed the right motivation to go talk to Deku...
But that could wait until tomorrow right? He knew it couldn't but he just didn't know what to do to make it better. Then he saw it.
this summary doesn't feel quite right, so basically Baku feels guilty and has a breakdown before turning to Deku.

There's too much prejudice against them, so a kid with a villain quirk and one with no quirk at all are never going to be able to inspire that sort of trust.
So instead of becoming heroes that bring hope, they decide to become the next best thing.
