“As far as I know, you should be in the next booth, not seeing me,” Sherlock whispered harshly, eyes snapping to James’ playful dark spark.
“The connection to God is stronger this way,” he reassured him quietly with a little nod and then said louder. “My name is Father James, and there is no one else here except for us and God; you can seek His forgiveness and be forgiven.”Or James is in priest disguise while he and Sherlock hide in the confessional booth from chasers. Of course, being locked in a narrowed space together has its consequences.
