Probably naively, Danny felt rather romantic about it. It didn't need to make sense. That white-and-blue banded feather was Danny's treasure, a reminder of something beautiful out there in the world, just for him. He always took extra care of it when preening, feeling a little guilty that someone had his plain blackbird feathers.

Tim is officially concerned. The real kicker? The masked weirdos in three piece suits drawing a giant summoning circle. Let the record state that Tim wants out and wants out now.
Or Tim gets kidnapped, and Fright Knight gets to be sassy.

Tim stares down at his arm. For a moment, it does not bleed, as if the flesh is as surprised as Tim. Then suddenly, the bleeding starts. And before Dick can make it across the Cave, the flow is thick and fast. They were training. Or had been. Damian put a stop to that. The smug twist of his lips heralds what Tim knows is a rant about superiority and Tim’s lack of ability.
Dick swears, low and under his breath, as if he hopes the little ears of Bruce's blood son won't hear. “That's really deep.”
Or: Tim finds out Bruce isn't dead. Fright Knight stands in a bathroom.
