Emrys gave a snort at that. “I am going to get a different tutor since I would rather eat my own shoe than have to spend another moment with you.” Arthur proclaimed and began to walk out the door going back to ignoring this inane boy for the rest of his time at Camelot University.
“There isn’t another.” Emrys absently remarked, stopping Arthur in his tracks.
“What?” Arthur turned back to face Emrys, who was wearing a resigned expression.
OR
Arthur, a nepo baby failing biology. Merlin, a scholarship nerd who does tutoring. Surely nothing could go wrong.

Summary
Merlin hums, making Arthur look back at him and Gods—Arthur already knows what he’s going to say even before his plush lips can grace the shape of the syllables. And yet, it hits him all the same, the gut punch of words delivered by a man whose praise seems worth its weight in gold.
Merlin leans in closer, breath almost ghosting along Arthur’s skin as the binds come undone.
“Good boy.”

“You’re hurting me,” whined Aurelian. “Merlin, please let go! I swear I’m not gonna run. I can’t even go anywhere because I’m—”
Merlin paid no attention to his words and threw him roughly inside the Physician’s chambers. Gaius watched with mild interest from his work bench and frowned when he saw the boy. “Who the fuck are you?” asked Merlin, picking up a broom from the floor and twirling it in his hands expertly.
Aurelian sighed. It was like nobody actually paid attention to his words. “Prince Aurelian of Camelot,” he repeated duly. Gaius’ interest was further piqued as he put down his books and turned to the commotion.
“Impossible. Are you a sorcerer out to kill Arthur?” asked Merlin harshly. No point beating around the bush. To his shock, the boy snorted. “What is it?”
“That’s right, Merlin,” he said in a tone awfully similar to Arthur’s. “I absolutely travelled back in time just to do my own father in.” He laughed as Merlin’s jaw dropped open.
Or Arthur's (alleged) son travels back from the future and of course Merlin has to somehow send him back without causing massive panic. This is far easier said than done in his humble opinion.

Summary
Arthur can’t keep a girlfriend for more than 3 months. He doesn’t know what he’s doing wrong. He is attentive, he gives them what they want.
Flowers? He’ll send a 100 carnations/roses/tulips over to her flat.
Jewellery? He’ll find the best artisan in the city to make the most unique pieces.
Travel? The best resorts.
Dance? The best clubs.
Date Nights? The best Michelin-star restaurants.However bright, eclectic and versatile all these experiences are, the only common denominator in them (aside from Arthur and his missus of choice) is . . . Merlin.
Arthur doesn’t see anything particularly disturbing in the fact that his best friend of 10 years has practically occupied all spaces of his life, including the most intimate ones. They have been a package deal since who knows how long. His female companions, on the other hand . . .After another devastating break up, he finally decided to confide in the one person he knew would understand best - Gwyn.
He hoped to get somewhat enlightened. Let a woman (and by extension his ex-turned-friend) explain what the hell he is doing wrong. Yet, how much enlightenment he was in for, he could not imagine even in his wildest dreams.Bookmarked by Red_and_Blue46

Summary
