Summary
The human world made no sense to Castiel. Every rule felt unwritten, every emotion a trap. He moved through life like a displaced traveler—present, but never belonging—an outsider wearing borrowed skin. He had once served Heaven without question, carrying out orders written in blood and calling it purpose. Obedience had been his cage. Righteousness, his excuse.
Humanity was so much louder than he expected—grief, guilt, fear, longing. It pressed against him until he could barely breathe. When it became too much, he reached for anything that dulled the noise—pills, whiskey, chemical quiet. He called it control.
Whatever exists between him and Dean isn’t something he knows how to name. Not friendship. Not trust. Something fragile held together by unspoken things—anger that hides care, distance that hides need. Castiel takes it. It’s more than he deserves.
But something is wrong. His instincts whisper danger. His memory has missing pieces. And there is a child now—strange, frightened, and watching him with wide, knowing eyes.
Castiel can’t protect him. He’s not sure anyone can.
Some monsters fall. Others are made.
He fears he may be both. -

Summary
Dean Winchester thought he’d seen it all—until he walked into the chaotic, high-stakes world of the hospital. On his first week in the ER, he was thrust into life-or-death situations, his self-doubt gnawing at him as he fought to keep up. Paired with Dr. Castiel Novak, the enigmatic and composed doctor who exuded control in the face of chaos, Dean quickly learned that there was more than just medicine to navigate in this place. Between the high-pressure cases and sleepless nights, a bond formed between them, one that blurred the lines of professional boundaries. The quiet glances, the moments when their hands brushed too close, the weight of unspoken understanding—it was all building up, a forbidden tension neither could ignore. But in a world where mistakes meant lives lost, Dean couldn’t shake the feeling that this unspoken connection between them could cost more than either of them were ready to pay.

Summary
Very loosely Inspired by season 5 episode 11. Sam interrupted.
Father Castiel, filled with unwavering faith and purpose, arrives at St. Dymphna Psychiatric Hospital at 20 years old, eager to guide lost souls toward redemption. His childhood in a large family instilled patience and resilience, making him firm in his belief that second chances were inevitable. However, he quickly encounters Dean Winchester, a patient diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and narcissistic personality disorder, whose delusions of religious persecution and grandiosity dominate his mind. Despite warnings from staff about Dean's manipulative behavior, Castiel remains steadfast, believing in the possibility of redemption for all. Their first encounter is charged with tension, as Dean challenges Castiel's beliefs and pushes him to question his own faith, drawing a line between their contrasting perceptions of suffering, justice, and salvation.

Summary
Inspired by S04ep14 My bloody Valentine. Just a little cute ficlet one shot.
What if Dean isn't the special snowflake he is in the show but just an ordinary man affected by famine? Sam feels a little bit traumatized that's what. As if it wasn't bad enough trying to fight his cravings for demon blood, he now has to find a way to scrub his mind clean.

Summary
Inspired by Supernatural season 5, episode 4 The End.
Expanding on the Croatian apocalypse era.
Dean Winchester has spent his entire life as nothing more than everyone else’s possession—his body, his soul, his choices, all claimed by someone else. He’s been used, violated, and twisted, a soldier to be broken and rebuilt at the whim of others. So why would the apocalypse be any different? Each decision, every brutal sacrifice, pulls at him like a thread unraveling his very core. He’s been numb for so long, trapped in the role of soldier, the one thing he’s ever known. But through it all, there’s always been Cas. Silent. Steady. A constant in the chaos. Never asking for anything, keeping his emotions locked away behind walls too thick for even Dean to breach. It’s always been easier to push him away, to ignore the one person who could see through the cracks. But even Dean knows—some things can’t be held back forever. As the world collapses around them, the walls are starting to break. The truth is slipping through the cracks, and Dean’s running out of places to hide.

Summary
Harry Potter would like nothing but to die. Many would agree. Unfortunately, he doesn't. A series of unfortunate events throw him into 1977 with a certain bleach-blonde bitch. Now living with his parents and other formally dead associates, the two realize if in the world they lived in they couldn't love, who's to stop them in a time where their stories are not yet written?
A shit ton of angst sprinkled with a little bit of gay.
Buckle up for the ride, because there's a solid 78% chance we're gonna crash.
