Injured and alone in an unfamiliar land, Auriel hides his royal origins and accepts Orin’s hospitality, but what begins as a necessary means of survival soon progresses into a journey of self-discovery, as both sides learn to accept their bodies, confront their pasts, and redefine what it means to be beautiful.
