Summary
This story is set shortly after the Tenrou island story arc, when everyone has been rescued and returned safely home, and Laxus is living briefly in the woods outside of Magnolia, because even though he came to the rescue on the island, has hasn't yet been welcomed back into the Guild. Freed, who is an elegant, refined sort of a person, simply can't stand the fact that his Thunder God is living like a vagrant in the woods. Unbeknownst to anyone in Fairy Tail, Freed owns a pretty decent sized house in town, in addition to his rooms at the Guild. He keeps it a secret because he doesn't want his friends to know his family has a lot of money, sort of the same way Lucy felt. He tried to get Laxus to agree to come and stay with him, because he has plenty of room. Laxus thinks this is a really bad idea, because he'd be a bad roommate, since he's a man who always wants things his way. Freed is very okay with this. Laxus doesn't think Freed knows what he'd be asking for. There are a lot of things they don't understand about each other. Freed uses Jutsu Shiki to prove how serious he is.

How do you want me to say it, my Diamond? How do you want me, my Diamond? Please, please just want me. I'll do anything.
Understanding sparks in Dazai's dark eyes. "Are you jealous, Chuuya?"
"Don't call me that!" Chuuya snaps. His head buzzes with static; hands curl into fists.
Dazai's eyes narrow. "But it's your name."
"I don't have a name." I'm not supposed to. Vibrating with repressed anger, Chuuya steps back. He wants to hurt Dazai—hurt his Diamond—in all the ways he's been hurt. Dutifully, he holds it in. He grits out, "I'm your Pearl. Stop acting like I'm not."

Summary
“It’s been a while since you’ve randomly abducted me.” Chuuya states lightly.
Dazai hardly has to convince Chuuya to see him outside of work. It’s an expected and almost routine normalcy. They fight and bicker and poke fun, but outside of that there is something else that keeps them wanting to interact. Dazai takes comfort in the trust and complacency Chuuya holds for him.
“It’s not abduction if you consent. It’s just Tuesday.” Dazai chirps.
That sweet laugh reminds Dazai there are good things left in this godforsaken world.
