When Bishop creates a specimen to take care of the turtles but doesn't bother to age him artificially, the turtles end up with a new child on their hands. A very, very damaged mutant turtle child who's terrified of everything and everyone...

Reader comes to visit Leatherhead with some takeout and discovers that their good friend undergoes a mating cycle once a year- and that year's heat was already beginning.
(Technically, this would take place after this whole rigamarole of accidentally getting lost and going to the wrong subway station- Leatherhead's- and managing to genuinely befriend him over the course of several months. More specifically, this would take place while the turtles are in 2105. However, I wound up just skipping to the good stuff lmfaooo)
