Bobby sees red.
He slams Buck into the wall, gritting his teeth to hold back a growl as he says in a low voice. “Don’t ever do that again.”
Regret.
Regret and hurt.
And fear.
The panic flares under his skin for a moment, and it confuses him for a split second because none of these emotions are his own.
