This was a fun story! I really enjoyed it! Bill's a badass, and he got a LOT of shit done in a very small time frame, but he got his very generous pay for that.
But there's a few plot holes that kinda bother me. One thing that i thought of that makes sense but kinda rubs me the wrong way is that there's a fucking ton of shopping and spending and giving away money without really teaching (Bill did try to stop him but it was more cause spending so much money made him uncomfortable, which it's totally understandable but he didn't really taught Harry to control his spending even if it seems that his money is neverending) Harry how to actually manage his finances without blowing out his entire inheritance in a few years, even if he's richer than the Malfoys (there was some mentions about Dobby learning from the goblins to keep the books, but not really much more than that). But honestly? It's a pretty small thing that can be overlooked because it was pretty fun to read, if a bit overwhelming.
Something that made me sad (cause i was really excited about it) is that after the first few mentions of Harry's parents and grandparents' protraits, they weren't mentioned anymore. Like, they were supposed to be on the sitting room or somewhere Harry could talk to them easily and see them often that's not the room where the other portraits are stored, but we never see them interactig with Harry's friends or family (after the first few times with Siri and Remus). We also aren't told if Ron, 'Mione and the rest of the Weasley's ever got to know that Bill was Harry's guardian before the trial or how they reacted.
I really like the alternatives for the Horcrux hunt and cleansing, it really is incredibly handy to have a competent cursebreaker on your side. And also the goblins, doing good business with the goblins and having a cordial relationship with them is crucial.
The Harry/Hermione was really subtle and more like Harry unknowingly pining/developing feelings for 'Mione, and as we never got her POV, we as readers don't know if they're reciprocated, but it doesn't really matter cause it was really not the point of the story and it was also pretty well done and it feels as childish as it should, very sweet and age appropriate.
Overall the story was a pretty interesting fix it take, plausible, and even if i don't really buy outright evil Dumbles (I'm more on the camp of misguided but with good intentions or morally grey/heavily deluded but not actually evil Dumbledore) i can enjoy it, and it was very nice to see him get the consequences of his actions, and how every problem was resolved on a quick and efficient way, be it by Harry or Bill's doing or by plot armor. It was a peaceful but engaging read that i could stop reading if i wanted, as it wasn't addictive, but i did want to keep reading so i did until i suddenly realized i was at the end. Even got a little sad at that fact, which says a lot about my enjoyment of the story.
So, TLDR'ing everything said above, i liked the story, but it was kinda mid for my tastes right now (and i emphasize the "now" cause a year or two ago, or maybe just a few months, i would have eaten this up and left no crumbs, and maybe I'll be back on that reading phase soon as i seem to rotate every few months as i fixate on different tropes) and though i enjoyed it, i don't think I'll reread it anytime soon, but I'll still keep it for sometime in the future when I'm in the mood for this brand of fix it

Summary
Billy doesn't really understand why everybody is looking so serious and sending Superman so many sad looks. He thinks this is an adult thing, that he'll understand when he's older.
This meeting was made to talk about Superman's clone- which makes him jealous, he wishes he had a clone buddy too -and he doesn't know why everybody is so stumped.
He guesses as an adult among other adults, he obviously has to voice his own thoughts as well.
(Which, again, he thought was kinda obvious but adults were weird like that he guesses)

It all started the way it usually did; with Tony doubting his own sanity.
“Happy,” he said, turning the paper over, then turning it back, squinting at it. “What the hell is this?”
Happy barely glanced up from his phone. “How should I know? I just drive you around, I don’t try to understand your designs. You’re the one who left it in the back of the car yesterday.”
Tony turned the paper towards Happy, tapping a finger against the scribbles in the margin. “I didn’t write that. I thought it, but I didn’t write it. What sorcery is this?”
“Oh shit, sorry,” Happy said, expression resigned. “I’m guessing the kid went through them when I drove him to school this morning. He has no regard for personal boundaries.”
