Summary
Class 1A has one final assignment before the end of the year exams begin. A Civil War between Class 1A. With Kirishima leading the Heroes and Izuku leading the villains. But this Civil War turns out to be a bit more realistic for the hero team than they thought. Aspects of running a hero agency none of them ever thought of. All while sweet Midoriya lay in wait within the city. It doesn't matter. Izuku is sweet and he isn't cut out to be a villain.

Summary
The project is a well known exam at U.A. It's the one time heroes in training have the choice to be a villain or a hero. And it's the one time Izuku can just let loose and let the voices in his head take over for a little bit despite his better judgment. As much as it a bad idea, he didn't really have a choice. He was picked to be the villain leader after all, and it was just so perfect that Bakugo was picked to lead the heroes. The irony.
If Izuku discovers a few things about himself along the the way, that probably won't change anything. He'll still be a hero once everything was said and done, he'll still be All Might successor. After all, he was on acting. Only acting.

Summary
The first-year final exam was one the teachers both enjoyed and dreaded. The Civil War simulation was entertaining at first, but it often left lasting changes in the students. It was an early step in their path toward becoming heroes.
This year, the villain team was led by Midoriya Izuku, a quirkless first-year student. At a glance, he seemed plain, but he carried secrets no one fully understood. He was the only obvious choice for the role of villain leader.
