and what even is a “mag” anyway, I mean his name is Magni but it’s still about baking right? why does he have to make it all about him all the time? and why did we all agree to it?? I’m pretty sure if I told someone I was going to mag them they would call the police on me and I’m not looking for that right now so you’ve got to help me beat his ass in this “great mag off” or whatever we want to call it
It was really Altare’s fault though; he’s the one that sent them Google Calendar invites last week for “the great elysium mag off” after a groupwatch session of Bake Off. Apex was getting a little too heated so they had to turn to pastries to cool down. Sure. And mix a bunch of competitive guys together with a little insinuation that they’d burn down the kitchen by the end of the day and suddenly Bettel’s dragging him off to the Hakkafe to learn how to bake the best damn cookies in the world.
