There is violence in their gestures, upon their lips.
There is blood beneath their skin, between them.
There is a feral voracity in the way they clash their blades, in the raw prosemics of their bodies whenever they collide, painting a disastrous canvas of groans and supplications.

Dante lets his chair drop back in place. "Got any bright ideas how we're gonna do that? It's Vergil— this is how he's always been, how it's always gonna be with him. He's not gonna change"
It's about as pointless as trying to put a leash on an animal once it's already roaming wild. Would be plain cruel at that point.
"You didn't even try", Nero says bitterly.
Dante sighs so solemnly that his shoulders fall. "Kid, I've been trying for forty years"After their return from Hell, a turbulent attempt at coexistence drives the twins apart. Vergil drifts, and Dante spirals.
