The war is over and Draco is struggling to rebuild his life. He's an overworked editor at The Daily Prophet and he is sick of his boss and his lousy windowless closet of an office. But the latest project he's been assigned to edit is fascinating-- Dear Charlie, an advice column written by a psychologist no one has ever heard of mostly for those with post-war trauma. The more Draco edits the work of this anonymous columnist, the more he finds himself appreciating the help. So much that he find himself sending in his own letter and starting a correspondence with the writer, off the record. But who is this mystery writer? And why does he know the key to making Draco's heart flutter?

Summary
Harry has been tried and tested all of his life. He somehow survived the Dursleys every day, dodged the bullies the best he could, and made it through primary school... not exactly intact, but with all of the pieces held in place. When he finally opened his Hogwarts letter, he thought that was the start of his new life.
But Hogwarts and the Wizarding world have their own tests and trials.
How is Harry supposed to deal with the impossible-feeling responsibility of being the Chosen One when he can barely deal with his own past and present? It's hard to stand tall when it feels like the world wants to crush you flat.

A train station. Shadowy figures clung to the far walls and moved silently, as if they were trying not to be detected. But this time he wasn’t on the platform, he was inside a compartment. He was alone...
Somewhat shocked, Harry nodded slowly and returned his attention to the window. This was real. He was dead.

In 1996, Voldemort was defeated and the Wizarding World could finally be at peace.
27 years later, Harry doesn't expect to find that he has died-- killed in action as an auror while attempting to resolve a crisis. He is taken to Elsewhere where he will reverse in age until he is ready to return to earth. Upon arrival, he runs into Voldemort, his mortal enemy, and he seems... different... happier? Oh, and he wants to reconcile their differences. They'll have the next 45 years in the same afterlife, after all.
