Loki swallowed, and Gamora wondered if she had ever seen him so vulnerable. Not for a long time, she thought, not since he had first come to Sanctuary – when he’d been broken. Broken, just as she and Nebula had been.
“I have nowhere else.”
Gamora looked at him, and took account of every inch of the man before her. Gamora looked at him, and saw how he fidgeted. How he held his breath. How he hoped. Gamora looked at him, and recalled her conversation with Drax that morning.
“It is worth protecting, you know.”
“What is?”
“Family.”
Family.
She wanted hers whole.
Gamora looked at him – looked at her brother – and smiled.
“Welcome aboard, Loki.”

What if Loki had never been sent to Earth by Thanos? What if he stayed on Sanctuary for years, a member of the Black Order alongside Nebula and Gamora until 2014, when he was sent with the sisters to aid Ronan's search for the Power Stone? What if, soon after, Loki joined the Guardians of the Galaxy?

Summary
Just a series of stories in a universe where Darcy Lewis is in fact Morgan Stark. And she goes back in time to learn more about her father and ends up recreating her family of Avengers. Perhaps their roles are not the same as before but she'd have them anyway she could.
So, I began this series with zero intent on actually making a series and here we are July 7 2019 and it's got 17 works, welp, oops.

Summary
Tony Stark and Hope Van Dyne have a one night stand that results in Hope getting pregnant. After a disaster trying to tell Hank and Howard, Hope tells Tony she lost the baby and secretly puts her up for adoption.
Tony has no idea he has a daughter in the world, until Aliens attack New York and Dark Elves attack London, and Tony Stark decides to hire Jane Foster and Darcy Lewis and move them in to Avengers Tower. Partly to protect them from SHIELD, partly to make sure Thor is happy, and partly because he has been trying to get them to come work for him for years.
Darcy Lewis is stoked. Finally, a decent place to live, decent labs, no more moving around in a Van, and Shield can no longer mess with them. Plus, being around Thor, Dr. Banner, and her Idol, Tony Stark? Even better. Plus she can actually use her mechanical engineering AND Poli sci degrees. Plus, now she might be able to pay off her student loans and get Jane to eat something that isn't a poptart.
First chapter is Tony/Hope, then we switch to a MOSTLY Darcy POV, with a little bit of Tony from time to time. Also, I have no idea where this is going.Bookmarked by Halaria

"Hey, hey, Smurf, Viking Barbie, you gonna lend a hand, or just gonna let the awesome hot mortal tinman do all the work?" Tony Stark interjects, pointing dramatically at himself.The Jotun and Thor momentarily ceased their squabble to stare at him incredulously.
"You are remarkably annoying, son of Stark," the Jotun states, a smile playing on his lips.
Tony smirks, "Why, thank you, Frosty! Now, put those big hands to work, will ya? And go back to your human form afterward, your head will slam against the roof of Fury's ship. Not an issue with mine, of course. My spaceships are always extra large alien friendly."
Where,
Baby Loki decides that she is much more comfortable in her female form, and Frigga makes the decision to raise her daughter with the truth of her heritage. Odin actually tries to be a better father, which manages to make some things even worse and Thanos still exists. Unfortunately.

When Loki has an opportunity to escape from the Avengers before Thor can drag him back to Asgard, Loki takes it and never looks back. For thirteen years after the battle in New York, Loki remains unseen by anyone--until now. When a gang of criminals targeting women in the streets end up targeting Loki, she fights them off and leaves without a trace. Or so she thinks. When the Avengers see a female civilian who looks oddly similar to the god that escaped years ago fight off criminals they've been after with magic, she becomes their number one priority.
Meanwhile, Loki tries her best to continue living her quiet, peaceful life as the Avengers try to intrude upon it. Secrets that were buried begin to be dug up, and the consequences to Loki's actions from the past start to hit her and her loved ones hard. She needs to get the Avengers away from her and her family, but it's proving difficult as the stubborn heroes she faced years prior seem awfully interested in her calmer, normal life.
