Summary
This fic is being basically entirely rewritten. I started this in like 2016 and last updated it in 2017. I feel like I have grown as a writer and can finally do this prompt justice. Please bear with me as I rework every chapter so far and ill be sure to leave notes on the tops of the chapters if they are new or reworked.
Skin contact Soul mate AU. There is a mark left in the place where skin meets skin for the first time. And when Len is brought into the station he stumbles and crashes into Barry. He finds out his soul mate is a criminal in the middle of his police coworkers. Things are complicated and I try my best at a slow burn.

Taking a shuddering breath, Tony shuts off the alarm, puts the phone away to stall for another moment or two, and then finally gets up, and reaches for what he has—very aptly, in his humble opinion—named The Stick of Destiny lying on the edge of the sink. He fumbles with it, almost drops it twice before he manages to turn it right side up, and sees the two bright pink lines that mean he’s royally screwed. And not in the fun way.

A new meta with a strange ability has public opinion divided on whether she’s a menace or a miracle-worker. The jury’s still out on the matter when the Snart siblings get caught in her crosshairs.
Or: Leonard and Lisa end up temporarily de-aged. It’ll wear off, but in the meantime, Team Flash has to figure out what the heck to do with them and how to keep them safe. Inviting them to live at the West house seems like a natural, if terrible, solution.
