Summary
Mike moves them so that Will's leaning his weight onto him, Will's shoulder pressed to Mike's chest, positioning Will half on top of him so he isn't fully on the ground.
"Will? Speak to me what's going on?!"
Being closer to the floor makes it clear to Will what's happening, he's the one shaking. His whole body is convulsing.
"Can you hear me??!"
He can, just barely, but Will can't answer him. His tongue feels heavy in his mouth, like it's been injected with led. It's just a slab of useless wet flesh in his mouth.

It's not looking good.
But it's nothing unusual, this is how every April fools is in school, it's like a warzone. Will's half surprised no one's tried to directly interact with him yet other than shouting names.What does surprise Will is that after Math ends, Mike pulls him aside. He looks nervous? He's pulling on his sweater sleeve and going from foot to foot, barely able to keep still.
"Hey Will" he shuffles his feet, staring downward, he can hardly meet Will's eyes "Can you come over later?"
Oh he's definitely got something planned. No worries, Will won't lower his guard.
"Ofcourse Mike"

Summary
It's almost-winter in Hawkins and Will wants to go out on a walk. Worried with the possibility of being taken again haunting him, the idea of someone else being taken instead, not to the upside down, but to his world, doesn't even cross his mind until he walks into a familiar face. But this face, shouldn't be here.
:Will comes across Mike. But Mike's not from his world. This Mike is from a universe when instead of Will disappearing on November 6th, it was him instead.
Trying to not cause some catastrophic world-ending event, Will attempts to hide this Mike from everyone else, hyjinks ensue.
This is set between season 4 and 5.

Summary
Will tried to think about what to do. He’d already decided that he couldn’t tell anyone – they’d think he’s insane. But what could he actually do with this new ability?
He couldn’t talk to Mike, something he was painfully familiar with. He only saw through his eyes for five seconds; not enough to do or learn anything useful.
After a long time thinking about it, Will ultimately decided to just… let them happen.When Will starts having visions where he can see through Mike’s eyes, he believes he's gone insane - but they're real. A way to stay connected to his friend who hasn’t spoken to him in months.
But then he sees something he was never supposed to: the letters.
Will can’t make sense of it, but he knows that soon Mike will be here, in Lenora, and they can finally talk face to face.
However, when Mike arrives, things aren’t as Will hoped, and now he’s more confused than ever.
As things spiral more and more out of control, Will tries to balance saving his friendship, managing his own feelings, and looking after his sister.
And when it all comes to a head, one thing becomes clear: some things refuse to stay hidden forever. -

Mike smiled as he chewed, eyes scanning over the stranger. He let himself wander down to his lower exposed face. Everytime he heard the other guy laugh or smile he wondered what it’d look like. But he wasn’t expecting that.
His jaw stopped moving, cheeks fat with an un-swallowed piece of donut. His breath hitched as he stared at Spider-Man’s lips.
And that. fucking. mole.
Anyone could have upper lip moles, right? And anyone could have bunny teeth. It wasn’t just— No, not him.

Where Mike finds out Will is Spider-Man because he sees Will's mole. And he spirals about it, because of course he does.

“William Byers.” His gaze shifted to Will, deliberate and focused. “I recall looking at your portfolio. Excellent work.”
“Thank you, sir.”
“And Michael Wheeler,” Phillips continued, turning to Mike. “Writing. A preference for fiction, as you explained in your oh so detailed letter.”
Mike blinked. “I— I’m sorry?”
Will couldn’t help but smile a bit at that.

It'll be his own fault. It'll be punishment for something he tried to bury inside himself. They know what he is and they're doing it in the name of a god that hadn't been there for Will no matter how loud he cried.

Hawkins has been plagued with deaths, disappearances and despair. It's more than a few that have noticed it all changed the night of November 6th 1983. William Byers has been claimed by the devil and will answer to God, one way or another.
