Summary
Vaggie spares a child and is cast from the Heavens for it. Missing an eye and her wings, she finds her way to an alley to await her inevitable, permanent demise. What good is an angel without wings, without a deity to serve? What does it matter if she survives when she's been ripped from her family, her home, for the barest of empathy?
