Agent Stone is a field agent, and a damn good one, until a mission gone sour leaves him with debilitating injuries. There's not much call for an agent who can't even hold a gun anymore, let alone use it. His career, and his life, are effectively over.
Until Commander Walters gives him a new assignment.
Doctor Robotnik is not a nice man. If he's not ignoring Stone, he's screaming at him. To him, all other humans are defective, and Stone's no different. Which, compared to the way all his doctors and higher-ups treat Stone now, is... oddly reassuring.

KindlePulling out some old tags for this because it just sounds so interesting and I need to stop reading on my phone or laptop at 3 am. Therefore 'Interesting' and 'Kindle'.
I've actually been thinking about this fic all day since I found it because I haven't been able to sit down and read it until now. Hell I'm even getting into bed early just to start reading this. Literally shaking and quaking while trying to remember how to send fics to my kindle. I also usually don't put updating fics on my kindle but I just need to read this so badly I'm just gonna constantly pray that it gets completed.
Googled quokka but instructions were unclear. I'm now at Rottnest. What do?

(8/05)I am so deep in the trenches of AT-5 clutching my Grace and Rocky plush as I drown in the blood ocean its genuinely a miracle that my brain has space to think about taking care of my basic human needs.
When I fucking tell you a full smile broke out on my face (I even did a little jump for joy) when I saw this update in my emails. I am currently back to my shaking and quaking stage of excitement for this fic. I will be reading this as soon as I have time to do so and I probably wont stop shaking until I do. (27/07) (also why did this only have one ❤?? this is 3 ❤s what am I on??) -

Summary
After ramming the sub straight into the Light, Simon wakes up on a strange spaceship with no memory of how he got there. The state of the Hail Mary -spacious, clean, bright and comfortable- can only lead to one conclusion: Simon has somehow been picked up by one of the highest-ranking leaders of the C.O.I.
Luckily, Dr. Grace doesn't seem to recognize him, buying Simon enough time to hatch yet another desperate plan for survival before his identity is discovered. In the meantime, Simon tries his best to stay in the man's good graces (no pun intended), but he's hardly known for his charming personality.
Both of them are in for a bumpy ride.

Summary
Simon wakes up. He hadn't thought he would wake up after his lungs were filled with blood. And yet, here he is, in a pitch-black room, wounds tended to, listening to the most beautiful song he's ever heard.
He's in a world where the stars are alive, and he's been rescued from his blood-soaked iron coffin by a strange, clever little rock-spider alien trying to save the stars. Of course he'll help. Too bad neither of them are biologists...
But the new human ship approaching them might have someone aboard who is... if they don't turn Simon into a lab rat first, anyway.[BloodyMary where Simon gets wormholed to PHM 'verse but it's before the Hail Mary arrives, so he's saved by Rocky and spends a while on the Blip-A]

Summary
Grace thought he had adjusted well enough to life on Erid. He had his best friend, a biodome for himself, a job, and he was not dying, which was a pleasant bonus. Everything had worked out, and he was content living the rest of his life among the Eridians, until they detected a strange, impossible transmission from a starless patch of the universe, and Grace just had to look into it.
Simon wonders why he ever accepted to be part of the convict realization program in the first place, when he knew full well they would have just sent him to die.
He just wanted to live.Despite being universes apart, they were Seen. Through signals, they met.

OR: Grace and Rocky track a distress signal from a human not far from Erid and get wormhole'd straight into the Iron Lung universe. No one is happy about this, especially Grace who's very much not prepared to deal with -gestures broadly- THIS.Loosely inspired by The Great Tribulation by aloremrem, thanks to them this went from 'Simon gets thrown onto the Hail Mary' to 'Grace and Rocky get sent to hell'. The plot is different, but the inspiration is there so I'm crediting aloremrem anyway.
