Grace is surprised to find that he is not only still alive, but back in the past to when he first got involved with the project. Unfortunately, the time travel does not stop there. Time is a record that skips, sometimes it goes back, sometimes it skips forward, sometimes it loops.
OR
Grace gets sent back in time without all of his memories and gets thrown around the timeline like a crochet Earth hacky sack.

OR; After finding himself in the past, Ryland Grace has to try his best to keep his head down and figure out what he wants to do with his second try at solving the Astrophage problem and returning to his family. He struggles with language barriers, culture shock, and worst of all: he never really recovered all of his memories from his first time on earth.
