Sara sat next to him randomly one day the first week of classes, looked over at his notes, and said, “Oh sweet, you can help me.”
It was a one-hit KO. Del is helpful to a pathological degree. She must have smelled this on him. She must have also sensed that he hates guessing what someone wants from him, because she made it very clear– she wanted his notes. And then she wanted to study together. And then she called him one night from a frat party, ranting drunkenly about how her friends had abandoned her and there were creepy guys and before she’d even finished her sentence, Del had been outside and on his board.

The Rizzoli & Isles Episode "I Kissed a Girl" (2010) but make it Saffi. And also make it not lesbophobic. And the gay is more than subtext. Everyone is queer because I said so.
If you aren't familiar (first of all, congratulations to you) I'll give you a real summary: Raffaela Rizzoli is a tough as nails homicide detective in Boston. Seven Isles is the slightly socially awkward genius Chief Medical Examiner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Together they solve crime (accurately), get the bad guys (who are always bad because this is fiction) and definitely don't fall in love (because that would be absurd and there must be a perfectly heterosexual explanation for all this pining and flirting and bed-sharing).
Except when I write it. When I write it they get the bad guy *and* the girl.
