Summary
The desolate town was silent apart from the waves crashing against rocks. Corpses of soldiers lined the street, the asphalt stained with blood. On the rocks below, a lone soldier’s body lay sprawled out.
A soldier -a young girl- was on her back, her eyes focused on the cloudy night sky. She was reaching towards the shore, though she knew she would not make it. Her uniform was drenched in mud, dirt, and blood. Her breaths were shallow and ragged, her eyes glossy.
The ice-cold waves of the ocean brushed past her outstretched hand. A stark contrast to the warm blood that pooled out of the fresh hole in her gut.
“Could… be worse…” The words come out as a broken whisper lost in the waves, unheard by everyone but herself.
As the first drops of rain fell from the sky, the soldier’s eyes finally fluttered shut, and she breathed in a final, shuddering gasp.

THE PROBLEM: Operation Get Jisung A Romantic Friend, a mission that all of his friends at SNU have pledged their hearts to, is turning Jisung's life into a living hell. If he has to go on one more blind date, he's going to fucking scream.
THE SOLUTION: make out like he's already dating someone else. The fake-boyfriend of choice? Lee Felix: cute, plausible enough to be dating and – most importantly – currently studying in Australia where no one from SNU can sniff him out.
Has Jisung talked to Felix since graduation? No. Is Felix aware of the fact that he’s Jisung’s fake-boyfriend? Also no. Will that stop Jisung from telling everyone that he’s dating Felix anyway? Of course not. What’s the worst that could even happen? It’s not like Felix is ever going to find out about any of this, right?

Summary
In the modern day, Tomioka Giyuu worked through the night on his student reports, then had a regular breakfast with his sister.
In the Taishou era, Tomioka Giyuu reunited with the Kamados on Mount Natagumo, and was put on trial at an expedited Hashira meeting.
Then, abruptly, they were thrown into each other's bodies. Modern-day Giyuu stood in the middle of the Hashira meeting and. Froze. Said nothing. And nobody noticed.

____My Kakushi Tanjiro AU ^^ set in an au where Tanjiro inherited Tanjuro's sickness & has to Deal With It. I altered his symptoms because I think letting breathing techniques be a magical illness staving thing is silly.... total concentration constant renders all terminal illnesses irrelevant canon? Not here.
Essentially an excuse for me to explore Tanjiro's character in a setting that canon would never let him have (AKA being unable to help Nezuko, letting people down, etc). His illness is inspired by things myriad (Tanjuro's actual canon illness, my real boy chronic migraine/mystery condition symptoms, minor tuberculosis inspo because when is there not, and also whatever fun things I need to include for plot reasons)
Ft. my head canons around breathing techniques!! They're only vaguely referenced I fear but they are near and dear to me
