So far has been very sweet story of two lonely lovely men opening up and getting to know one another and being surprised at their automatic willingness to be vulnerable with each other...with some nudging from their BFFs sveta and rose.

More progression on deciding that they want to work together in addition to being together, and that they want to try to set up a life that will facilitate them being together rather than just hoping it works. Very sweet actually.

Born to the guns
soul_wanderer6yo Ilya has enough of his father's abuse of Irina. The consequences of his actions have Irina calling in favors and fleeing to Canada.
Ilya and Irina meet Yuna and Shane at the rink. Ilya doesn't speak much, but feels safe with Shane.
School sucks, but Ilya reacts too harshly when Shane is picked on by the older kids. Both kids need some time to come down, but still find comfort and safety with each other. (Seriously this is so sweet)
Showcases Shane's autism and Ilya's problems with overwhelming anger.LRch4

The plane goes down somewhere in the wilderness, in the middle of a storm.This is a little more traumatic than a few of the other plane Fics, but not devastating (unlike some that I have avoided thus far. Not here for MCD). Well done.

I've read a fair amount of mpreg, and this one is handled well. Not too specific about the how of it all, so I don't get stuck on biological specifics. Ilya and Shane are adorable and so soft for each other, I love seeing other people find out just how much they obviously love each other.
