Summary
Time travel at its core revolves around knowledge and control, is lauded in folktales, and used as flimsy excuses in trashy novels. Time travel takes a peon of fate and makes them omniscient for one glorious moment, until they cast their die and crash the future fully off course in whatever they have deemed a justifiable cause.
In short, time travel has made Kakashi a control freak. How…piteous. And embarrassing, not that anyone knows to judge him.

Lan Xichen looked out of corner of his eye and noticed a familiar face, the rabbit hybrid quietly inched closer toward the figure from behind and he placed his hands behind his back and chuckled as he gave a simple yet respectful greeting:
“Jiang Wanyin, a pleasure to see you again in this lovely evening” He spoke soothingly sweet manner as he addressed the tiger hybrid. He gave a brief bow in a respectful response.
Jiang Cheng jumped slightly in a startling gesture and he spun around to face the other. His ears and tail stood up in an guarded manner and his fur was ruffled, his usual scowl seemed to have gone even deeper, as his brows furrowed in an annoyed expression before he responded to the rabbit hybrid.
“Bastard, don’t sneak up on me like that! are you looking to get your legs broken?!” He folded his arms against his chest as he glared at Lan Xichen with a slight murderous intent.
