    Humans make mistakes.  We all do.  Alicia Enlight knows that better than most, because she didn’t only make a mistake, she compounded it as well…  and destroyed the Kingdom of Valschein.  It’s a good thing she’s getting a second chance.  Well…  she hopes it is, at any rate.  The world is so- so different now, that she can’t help wonder if it’s really a second chance, or just another world to mess up.

    Humans are imperfect.  We all are.  Hailey Potter knows this better than most, because not only did Dumbledore fail to detect that portkey, but she herself missed…  and unleashed Lord Voldemort on an unsuspecting magical world.  It’s a good thing she’s getting a second chance.  Well…  she hopes it is, at any rate.  Her minders in her new life aren’t nearly as mean as the Dursleys, but they care even less about her well-being.  She’s a little worried that she’ll bungle everything in the end again, though.
