Hermione’s boyfriend wouldn’t lick tiramisu off her finger, but he’d happily nurse on his best friend's fingers like a baby with a pacifier. Well, perhaps that was a touch dramatic.
She couldn’t stop thinking about it, though, and one upsetting conclusion she was coming to was that maybe he just wasn’t that into her. She had other theories as well, but this was the one that reverberated loudest in her brain.
They needed to talk; something had to push them forward, or she would explode the next time she saw Draco lovingly lave at Theo’s fingers or the next time he flicked his tongue against hers in that filthy way, sucking on the tip of her tongue, his hips brushing gently against hers, only to push himself up and away from her, ending the evening with a polite kiss goodnight.

Draco has a habit of licking Theo's fingers. Hermione is confused and sexually frustrated.
