“Say something Dream. I’m begging you.” George’s voice cracked with the last sentence. He could hear it. Under any normal circumstance he would’ve tried to cover it up, to hide it, but he couldn’t care less right now. He just needed Dream to say something. He needed to know if he had ruined everything.
This time, he got a response.
“How long George?” George could hear the way that his voice shook. He assumed it was either anger or shock. He hoped it was the latter.
